Moving crate rental

Reusable plastic moving crates, also called moving totes or bins, with attached lids that replace cardboard boxes. Full crates stack on rolling dollies, and empty ones nest to save space.

Library cart rental

Wooden shelf carts on large casters that take books straight from the old shelf to the new one, in order. They also work well for binders, files, classroom materials, auto parts, and shop supplies.

Common questions

Where do you deliver rental crates?

We deliver rental crates and library carts for office and home moves throughout Chicago and all of Chicagoland.

How long is a rental?

The minimum rental is 1 week. After the first week, rentals are pro-rated by the day.

What if my move runs long?

Let us know before your pickup date. Rentals are pro-rated after the first week, so you only pay for the extra days you need. Your quote will include the daily rate.

What does delivery cost?

Delivery and pickup fees vary by order size, delivery location, and whether there's an elevator, stairs, or a loading dock.

What do I pay upfront?

We charge the 1-week minimum rental cost upfront. A credit card on file is also required.

What if something is lost or damaged?

Lost or damaged equipment is charged at replacement cost: $66 per crate, $72 per dolly, and $540 per library cart.

Is the equipment cleaned between rentals?

Yes. All rental equipment is cleaned when it returns to our warehouse.
