How do you know if you’re dealing with a broker?

For years the moving industry has been flooded with tough competition. The worst competitor for all full-service moving companies is brokerages. They swoop in and steal customers by using low-balling tactics then hand them off to anyone willing to work with them. Brokerage firms are not licensed, bonded, and insured movers. A broker will quote an extremely low price and then will hand your needed services to a company who will charge you more money. If any damages occur while using a brokerage, good luck filing a claim, you’re guaranteed to be running in circles.
